At Tenblock, Matthew is focused on creating a built environment that improves the lives of current future residents of the city. He is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Masters in PLanning from the University of Toronto. Matthew lives in the Junction and likes to get outside to hike, ski and mountain bike.

He brings over 7 years of experience in commercial, high-rise residential and mixed-use projects and excels at negotiating planning entitlements and setting early design parameters for optimizing building designs and layouts. Dan has an Hons. Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo and lives at Yonge and Bloor, which he loves for its easy access to any part of the city.

With almost 40 years of experience, Veronica is committed to supporting her team in a fast-paced and progressive environment with compassion and humour. She looks forward to the diversity and daily challenges of building housing and appreciates the opportunity to support team goals and aspirations. When not at work, Veronica enjoys cooking, gardening and reading, and being a grandmother, Veronica loves to keep current with the social and creative interests of her seven-year-old granddaughter.
