A licensed architect and real estate professional with expertise in project management and all phases of development from planning to design and construction, Dan Kwak joined Tenblock in 2022. He brings over 7 years of experience in commercial, high-rise residential and mixed-use projects and excels at negotiating planning entitlements and setting early design parameters for optimizing building designs and layouts. Dan has an Hons. Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo.
