Daniel is a development professional with over three years of industry experience in urban planning and real estate development. Prior to joining Tenblock, he worked at SmartCentres REIT, where he led the coordination and submission of planning applications for a wide range of residential, mixed-use, and commercial/retail projects across the GTA. His work has supported the approval of more than 500,000 square feet of new development.

With a background in planning and a strong understanding of municipal frameworks, Daniel brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every project. He is passionate about building complete communities that reflect the evolving needs of urban life.
