Matthew is a dedicated and accomplished urban planner and development professional with over eight years of experience shaping Ontario’s urban landscapes. As a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, he has secured planning approvals for numerous residential units and millions of square feet of mixed-use space across the province.

With extensive experience in large-scale urban redevelopment, Matthew specializes in managing complex planning processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering sustainable communities people proudly call home. He holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University and an Honours Specialization in Geography from the University of Western Ontario.
