Rocky is responsible for investment and financing initiatives throughout the development lifecycle for Tenblock’s current and future development pipeline. He is interested in how innovative and practical building design can help preserve and enhance the character and livability of communities. With prior professional experience in acquisitions, development, asset management, capital raising, and financing, Rocky brings a thorough understanding of the numerical analysis and active project management required to deliver sophisticated and sustainable real estate investments. He earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University.
