Stephen is a seasoned urban planner and housing developer who has led the development of over 10 million square feet of residential and mixed-use property in Toronto. Stephen believes developers are in a unique position to fight climate change by adopting more sustainable building practices. He earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto (Trinity College), and a Master of Planning and Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
